Okay, that’s it. I might want to start being a food styler now. A couple weeks ago I had to share the pin-worthy photos (and recipes) of Molly Yeh — and this week I have to share those from Eva Kosmas Flores. She’s a contributor for the next issue of Little Details Magazine and it was only when I was presented with the next issue to look over and finalize that I realized that she’s local to where I live. Talk about a small world! It’s wonderful to have such wonderful talent nearby.

sean flanigan // custom card by anastasia marie

This custom card was created to thank Sean Flanigan of Fist Full of Bolts for being a great supporter. What were the requirements? We needed to somehow show Tacoma, Washington, the fact that he works at Fist Full of Bolts, as well as his love for the Tacoma Tigers. So we grouped them all together. Why not? Cut from 12 pieces of paper plus his logo printed on a T-shirt, Sean was born in paper.

You might have by now noticed my obsession with kraft and gold. Those two complement each other so well. You can never go wrong by wrapping with those two. Never ever.

All you need to recreate this look is a kraft box, some gold glitter twine and gold glitter string, a corrugated gift tag, and some gold glitter — and of course scissors and glue. To start, pump some glue into the grooves of the corrugated gift tag in varying heights. Pile on the glitter and let dry. To make the tassel, cut pieces of twine twice as long as what you’d like your finished tassel to be. Bundle them up and fold in half in the middle. Take a shorter piece of twine and tie all the bundle together, leaving a little loop up top. Wrap some extra twine around the kraft box and then string the finished tassel on. Attach the dried gift tag with some glitter string and you’re ready to roll.

My newest obsession is having pieces of concrete in the home. Whether it be painted gold or white, or left just raw, I love the edgy look it brings into any room. Some of my favorite finds are shown below and even a couple diy projects that I want to try. Don’t those concrete coated glass vases look amazing?
