One of my favorite details right now is fringe for party decor. I’m not too into it for clothing, but give me all I can get in paper form! Here are some fun projects that have been popping up in the blogging world. And also check out the piñata projects that I featured in my inspiration palette yesterday.

TABLE BACKDROP via Somewhere Splendid  ||  TISSUE FRINGE GARLAND via Dearest Nature, project by Anastasia Marie (that’s me!)

FRINGE STREAMERS via Oh Happy Day  ||  FRINGE DRINK STIRRERS via Ashely Meaders

FRINGE TASSEL GARLAND via Ruffled

FRINGE BANNER via Dear Lizzy  ||  FRINGE JAR via The Sweetest Occasion, project by Hank & Hunt

FRINGE PARTY HAT via Cake.

I made a version of the “be nice” banner for a friend’s birthday and it turned out great! I added gold ribbon instead of the letters. I love the fringe trends lately.

My sister was married in late June and I had some DIY projects going on for her special day. One of them was a set of chalkboard table numbers. Here’s the how to:

I have another little summer project for you over on Dearest Nature. Learn how to easily make your own hand-painted cards and then mass produce them by printing them instead of having to paint them individually. You can find the project here: Rainbow Painted Card.

Love this project! May be something I can dare to try myself. :-)

Summer is finally in full gear around here. The rain seems to have disappeared and I’m loving the constant warmth that’s surrounding me. Inspired by all the colorful cheer going all, I have another DIY tutorial for you over on Dearest Nature. I was recently asked to show how to make a pop-up flower for a card without the use of a digital cutting machine, so that’s what you’re going to be seeing. So head on over!

Such a cheery, colorful accent for a card or gift wrapper!
