Meeting local creatives is something I really enjoy and always look forward to. So I was thrilled when one of my friends invited me to join a newly created group called ‘Couv Creatives. A few weeks ago, at the very first ‘Couv Creatives meeting (just to highlight one of the folks there), I got to meet Anca Sandu – an illustrator. I was instantly smitten. She let us flip through her not-yet-released children’s book: Churchill’s Tale of Tails. It’s available for pre-order in the UK only at the moment, but I can’t wait to get my hands on my very own copy.

It’s just the cutest story ever of how a pig loses his tail and goes on an adventure trying to find a replacement. Awesome story and awesome illustrations. So yes, go snag a copy.
